We are a small design and build company specialising in residential projects, from small alterations to new home builds.

Having our own in-house architectural designer allows
us to work with our clients from the design concept
right through to the project’s completion … or anywhere in between!

Director’s Profile:

Roland Lüthi (Roli) has a wealth of experience and qualification in the industry, from both New Zealand and Europe; originally training to be an architect draughtsman in Switzerland.

Since settling in New Zealand in 1994, Roli has furthered his education by studying Construction Management at Christchurch Polytech. He is also a Licensed Building Practitioner (carpentry), and has led the company to become Registered Master Builders.

Roli loves to call Christchurch home, and is proud to have grown the company and its stellar reputation with the support of his team, and by working alongside a long list of outstanding subcontractors.
